We relocated from Colorado to the North Atlanta area and having not ever been to Atlanta, Cathy had quite a job in front of her in acquainting us with the area as well as the local architecture. We were ‘paired’ with Cathy as our agent due to her new construction background and knowledge of the area. We also wanted an agent that was a real ‘go getter’. Someone that could look out for our best interest, speak her mind and negotiate a deal. She delivered on all levels.
